It can be a challenging time for families and I love helping parents find ways to improve their communication, which is often the key to a more harmonious atmosphere at home. Teenagers-I help teenagers understand situational stress and anxiety, and teach them strategies, including mindfulness, to help them feel calmer and happier. I help them to find ways of boosting their own self-confidence, and practical ways to prepare for interviews and exams. I offer a free initial 10 minute phone consultation so we can meet each other, and you can ask me any questions you may have about coaching. |
